Fun time with the Organs
We had a good time with Chris and Jung-Mi (sp?) Organ. They have a great house with lots of land and two doggies that Lauren and Ellie loved playing with. They also fed us like royalty.

Daddy's Home. New Flash!
We had a nice dinner at home the other night where Chrissy made some wonderful pork stir-fry. Here's a beautiful picture of Lauren that I really love. She did a good job eating her dinner; she even ate the broccoli on the plate.
The Venturas come to visit
It was great to see the Ventura's when they visited us recently in Alexandria. They were able to play with the girls take a tour of our small home and BBQ in our backyard. The best thing about it was that Paul is a master BBQ or and we get to enjoy the fruits of his labor. It was a beautiful day out and we enjoyed sitting in the back yard and talking. Afterwords, Shannon Allen came over and babysat for us while we went downtown walk around the harbor and eventually stopped for dessert in the majestic, a great little restaurant in the heart of old town.
Here's a picture inside the restaurant.

Lauren goes to the symphony
This past Sunday, Lauren attended her first National Symphony Orchestra kids concert at the Kennedy Center.
We had an awesome view of the orchestra. The program featured several pieces that high lighted the different sections of the orchestra. Lauren's favorite was a waltz.

There was also an instrument petting zoo. She was a little overwhelmed by all of the activity and children, but we were able to convince her to try out this little tiny violin.
